Buying cigars at altitude
Big Bear sits near 7,000 feet and the air up here is dry. Cigars that were fine in the valley dry out fast in a mountain cabin. Ask the counter about a travel case or a few humidity packs if you are staying the week. It is a couple of dollars and it saves the box.
