What time does Bear Smoke N Vape open and close?
We are open 8:00am to 10:30pm, seven days a week, at both Big Bear locations.
Where are you located?
Our main store is at 207 W Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear City, CA 92314. Our second store is at 40947 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Both are on the main road through town.
Are you open on holidays?
Yes, seven days a week including holidays. Call ahead on major holidays to confirm.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is out front at both locations.
Age & ID
Do I need ID to buy a vape in California?
Yes. California requires all customers to be 21 or older with valid government issued photo ID to buy any tobacco, vape or nicotine product. We card everyone, every time, regardless of age.
What forms of ID do you accept?
Valid, unexpired government issued photo ID. Driver's license, state ID, passport or military ID.
Can a 21 year old buy for someone younger?
No. It is illegal in California and we will refuse the sale.
Stock & ordering
Can you check if something is in stock before I come in?
Yes. Call (909) 547-6720 and we will check the shelf while you are on the line. That is the fastest way to avoid a wasted trip up the Blvd.
What if you do not have what I need?
We can usually special order it and have it within three to five business days. Tell our staff the product or brand and we will check with our suppliers and follow up.
Do you ship or sell online?
No. All tobacco, nicotine and vape sales are in store only. We do not ship these products.
California law
Can you buy flavored vapes in California?
No. California banned the sale of flavored tobacco and vape products. Only products on the state Unflavored Tobacco List can legally be sold, and enforcement tightened in January 2026. We only sell what the state allows.
Do you sell kratom, delta-8 or THC products?
No. Kratom and 7-OH are banned for consumption in California, and intoxicating hemp products like delta-8 are restricted to licensed cannabis dispensaries. We do not carry any of them.
Is CBD legal here?
California allows CBD products with no detectable THC for adults 21 and over. That is what we carry, and our selection changes as state rules change.
What we carry
Do you have a walk-in humidor?
Yes, at our Big Bear City store, with domestic and imported cigars including Macanudo, Romeo y Julieta and JM. We sell singles and boxes.
Do you carry coils for my device?
We stock coils and pods for common device types. Bring your device in or know your model and we will match the right part. If we do not have it, we can usually order it.
Do you carry torch lighters and butane?
Yes. This is one of the most common things people come to us for after the chain stores come up empty.
What payment do you take?
Cash and major credit cards. Ask in store about mobile payment.
